CBD for Anxiety and Depression: Can It Work?

Cannabidiol (CBD) oil from hemp contains plant-derived compounds known as cannabinoids. The point of producing CBD hemp oil is the hope that it will have a noticeable, beneficial effect on our well-being when we take it.
